History has traces about man living with plants along with animals and other spices. People started making eatables with primitive technology. Hence traditional ages have been living with natural products which are dairy free plant based vegan nut cheese.

Milk is one of the food habits that are native to countries since thousands of years. Country sides of northwest region mostly used milk products as the cattle there yielded more milk than sufficient to the calf. In other parts like southern traditional countries where the cows produced less milk which is sufficient for babies. And the left over little milk was used to make curd, butter and ghee from butter, and butter milk.

Plant products like grains, nuts, and cereals can be used to make cheese. Following golden the rule, it is wise not to use any kind of chemicals or preservatives. Soya protein is used to make cheese which is abundant in protein.

Plant proteins are compressed to form cream. Vegetable oils like coconut and sunflower are also used to produce cream. Individuals can easily make the cream from nuts in their houses which tend to be delicious. Home makers can adopt this making of cheddar at their residence as a small cottage firm and can be supplied to various people.

Packed milk uses preservatives to keep the milk fresh for a few days. Expiry dates are marked on the pack. Nowadays varieties of milk yields came into existence. For instance, cheese, butter, ice creams are stored for days and months adding preservatives, for usage in future. This affects human health seriously.

The increased use of chemical fertilizers in farming has made soil barren and makes the land unfit for plants after some time. Crops grown using pesticides and insecticides contain harmful elements like nitrates which are harmful to humans. These are drained into water bodies through rain water and water gets contaminated and so the environment.

Many people argue that cattle milk is meant for their babies and not for human consumption. Giving hormone injections for adequate milk production is inhuman and affects animal health. Milk and milk products are sources of many saturated and unsaturated fats raising risk of cardiovascular symptoms.

Increased gastritis problems are seen in individuals consuming more milk. Also expert studies done on individuals reveal that cancer related risks increase in humans in taking more of these animal foods. It is good to take milk free food that is rich in vitamins and minerals.

Governments can encourage individuals to establish plant based firms to produce animal equivalent plant products to replace cattle products. They can keep these firms near farming areas and plantations where raw materials are available in abundant there itself.
